The return can be made within 14 days after acceptance of the order.
A. How can I return the product?
1. fill out the return form that we have included in the package.

What happens after the return?
Checking of the package - after receipt of the returned package we check the conformity with the received return form.
Remember that the return policy does not apply to personalised products (e.g. customised insoles) or products with signs of wear. Details can be found in the online shop's terms and conditions.
Refund - refunds will be made within 5 working days from the time we have checked the package received. In exceptional circumstances, this period can be extended to a maximum of 14 days.
Refunds will be made in the same way as you paid for the order.
If you pay by:
PayPal => you will receive the amount via these payment systems,
Prepayment or credit card => you will receive the amount on the account indicated in the return form.
B. How can you exchange the goods?
Please send the product back to us in the same way as for returns and place a new order.
